PlayQuizPop is an educational gaming and interactive polling platform designed for educators, teams, and families. We provide templates, hosting tools, and real-time connectivity to facilitate group activities.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. When creating custom quizzes (e.g., via CSV upload or Quick Polls), you are solely responsible for the content you present to your audience. You agree not to upload or broadcast content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the Service (including pre-built templates, branding, design, and software) are owned by PlayQuizPop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom questions uploaded by users remain the property of the respective user, who grants PlayQuizPop a temporary license to display them during the active game session.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Links

PlayQuizPop is supported by advertising revenue. The Service may contain advertisements provided by third parties, such as Google AdSense, as well as links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by PlayQuizPop. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
